On arrival at the airport meet our English speaking Diver/Guide. Thereafter travel directly to the commercial capital city of Colombo. You may either spend the day relaxing by the pool or visit the Colombo City.
After breakfast will transfer to Dambulla with a stop en route at the world-famous Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, the elephants have been rescued from the jungles as there were wounded or abandon. After this,continue to Dambulla Cave Temple, is an iconic Sri Lankan image, also a Unesco world Heritage site. Overnight in Sigiriya / Habarana.
Discover the Sigiriya Rock Fortress, a massive column of rock nearly 200 metres (660 ft) high. This place was selected by King Kasyapa (477 – 495 CE) as his Kingdome . He built his palace on the top of this rock and decorated its sides with colourful frescoes Sigiriya today is a Unesco World Heritage, it is one of the best preserved examples of ancient urban planning. Drive to Kandy Royal botanical Garden, en route stop at the matale Spice Garden.Afternoon visit to the Temple of the Tooth Relic. The entire temple complex covers a large area, as well as the main shrine and there are numerous other temples and museums within the complex. Overnight stay in Kandy.
After breakfast drive to historic Galle city, Well known for the Galle fort. The fortified old city founded by Portuguese colonists in the 16th century, with its wonderful architecture collection of Portuguese, Dutch and British-colonial buildings, streets a town of great beauty. Galle Lighthouse stands on the fort’s southeast tip. Its glories have earned the status as a Unesco World Heritage Site. Overnight stay in Galle.
On the way
Negombo is a little fishing town near to the airport. It is well known for its amazing beach and ancient churches. Enjoy a sightseeing tour of Negombo including a visit to the Fish Market. Overnight Stay in Negombo.
After breakfast go to the airport in time for your flight.
